自行车基础训练阶段是一个非常重要的阶段,对自行车运动员的成长十分关键,合理的训练为日后取得优异成绩打下坚实的基础和保障。基础训练阶段应完成的目标任务主要是,进行身体素质的有效训练,使运动员的身体得到全面协调的发展;学习并掌握一些主要运动项目的基本的技术并确定专项训练的发展方向;培养运动员对自行车运动的浓厚兴趣;培养优良的道德品质和坚强的意志。本文通过对自行车运动员专项训练的年龄以及基础训练中采用的方式方法进行讨论,以充分提供运动员综合素质,并为今后自行车运动训练体系建设提供一些参考。
The basic stage of bicycle training is a very important stage. It is very important for the growth of bicycle athletes. Reasonable training will lay a solid foundation and guarantee for the excellent achievements in the future. The basic tasks to be accomplished in the basic training phase are to carry out the effective training of the physical quality so that the body of the athlete will develop in an all-round and coordinated manner; to learn and master the basic techniques of some major sports programs and to determine the development direction of the special training; Strong interest in cycling; develop good moral character and strong will. In this paper, the age of special training for cyclists and the ways and means adopted in basic training are discussed in order to fully provide comprehensive qualities of athletes and provide some references for the construction of cycling training system in the future.
