创业机会的识别是制约个体走向创业的重要因素。以新创企业雇员为研究对象,从个人——机会视角,分析雇员机会识别能力、风险容忍度与创业倾向的作用机制,并对205个样本的问卷调查数据进行实证研究。结果发现:雇员机会识别能力能显著正向影响创业倾向,同时,风险容忍度也能显著正向调节机会识别能力与创业倾向的关系。
Identification of entrepreneurial opportunities is an important factor restricting individuals to start a business. Taking the employees of start-up enterprise as the research object, this paper analyzes the mechanism of employee opportunity recognition ability, risk tolerance and entrepreneurial orientation from the perspective of personal-opportunity, and conducts an empirical research on the data of 205 sample questionnaires. The result shows that employee’s ability to recognize employees can significantly influence entrepreneurial tendencies positively, meanwhile, risk tolerance can significantly and positively adjust the relationship between opportunity recognition ability and entrepreneurial tendencies.
