目的:国内外不孕症患者就诊行为受到诸多因素的影响,从而其就诊行为时机、动机、信息来源以及就诊经历各不相同。影响不孕症患者就诊的因素包括了受教育程度、文化习俗、心理障碍、经济能力、家庭功能及社会支持、治疗经历、年龄、个人经历。本文通过综述,探讨国内、外促进不孕症患者就诊行为的有效干预手段,以期为不孕症患者及时获得有效的治疗和帮助提供参考。 OBJECTIVE: The treatment of infertility patients at home and abroad is affected by many factors, so the timing, motivation, sources of information and the experience of different visits are different. Factors influencing the treatment of infertility patients include education, cultural practices, psychological disorders, financial ability, family functioning and social support, treatment experience, age and personal experience. In this paper, the author summarizes the effective intervention measures to promote the treatment of infertility patients at home and abroad with a view to providing references for timely and effective treatment and help for infertility patients.
