厦门市按照岛内外一体化建设的决策部署,围绕打造宜居厦门和幸福厦门的总体要求,加快改变城乡环境和面貌,缩小城乡差距,全面开展“点、线、面”攻坚计划,力争城乡环境综合整治工作一年开展试点,两年全面铺开,三年取得明显成效。“点”就是要抓好城乡社区的规划、整治和建设,打造完整社区。“线”包括快线和慢线。快线就是要抓好高速公路、过境公路和铁路沿线两侧的绿化和整治。慢线就是要抓好自行车和步行道系统的建设,打造人居环境走廊。“面”就是要加强流域治理,打造青山绿水的田 Xiamen City, in line with the decision-making and deployment of integrated planning both inside and outside the island, speeding up changes in the urban and rural environment and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and implementing the “plan of tackling points, lines and planes” in an all-round way in line with the overall requirements of building a livable Xiamen and a happy Xiamen.
