提出了一种电力市场下解决阻塞问题的新方法 ,它可以根据市场报价同时调整实时平衡市场下的发电机出力和削减部分短期双边合同量。建立了阻塞管理的非线性数学模型 ,应用改造的非线性原对偶内点法最优潮流求解以上模型 ,计算出的节点实时电价体现了如何在各用户中分摊阻塞管理费用。算例表明 ,该方法可以根据市场参与者的报价得到最优的调度方案 ,利用节点电价指导用户调整用电计划 ,从而有效地解决了阻塞问题。
A new method for solving the congestion problem in the power market is proposed. It can simultaneously adjust the generator output in real-time under the market and reduce some short-term bilateral contracts based on the market price. A non-linear mathematical model for blocking management was established. The above model was solved by applying the modified nonlinear primary-dual interior point method for optimal power flow. The calculated real-time electricity prices of nodes demonstrated how to apportion the congestion management fees among users. The example shows that this method can obtain the optimal scheduling plan according to the quotes of market participants and use the node price to guide the user to adjust the electricity plan, thus effectively solving the blocking problem.
