潜伏在自来水中的罪魁祸首是三卤甲烷,包括三氯甲烷、二氯溴甲烷、三氯溴甲烷和三溴甲烷4种氯化物。三卤甲烷是净水场中用于消毒灭菌的氯,与食物的渣滓和浮游生物等有机物相互反应的产物。随着水质的恶化,自来水中氯的投放量也与日俱增,是它扮演了制造致癌物的主要角色。(1)不开的水———膀胱癌、直肠癌。专家指出,饮用未煮沸的水,患膀胱癌、直肠癌的可能性增加21%-38%。当水温达到100℃,这两种有害物质会随蒸气蒸发而大大减少,如继续沸腾3min,则饮用安全。(2)千滚水———腹泻、腹胀、昏迷惊厥。
Lurking in tap water, the culprit is trihalomethanes, which include four chlorinated trichloromethane, dichlorobromomethane, trichlorobromomethane and tribromomethane. Trihalomethanes are the products used in disinfection and sterilization of chlorinated water in clean water farms to interact with organic substances such as food waste and plankton.
