教学过程既是知识技能传授的过程,又是师生进行情感交流、共同发展的互动过程,情感是提高课堂教学性的纽带,这就要求我们加强师生间的情感交流。教师要富有童心,在课堂教学中创设富有童趣的情境。课堂教学提倡建立民主平等的师生关系,注重师生的情感交流,尽可能地让学生的个性得到充分展现,让课堂充满生命活力。把激励带进课堂,激发学生取得更大的成绩。要善于抓住与学生交流的情感因素,给儿童以爱心和期待,尊重和信赖,从而更好地促进师生之间情感的交流,优化教学过程。
The teaching process is not only the process of imparting knowledge and skills, but also the interactive process of teachers ’and students’ emotional exchanges and common development. Emotion is the link to improve classroom teaching, which requires us to strengthen the emotional exchanges between teachers and students. Teachers should be full of innocence and create a playful situation in classroom teaching. Classroom teaching advocates the establishment of a democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students, pay attention to the emotional exchanges between teachers and students, as much as possible to enable students to fully demonstrate the personality, so that the classroom is full of vitality.
