高校中的机械振动实验之一,通常用电动或电磁激振器在简支梁上进行。但由于实验设备较大、专用设备较多,难于配备多套仪器供学生操作,特别在振型测定实验中,若直接在机床或机械设备上进行,更增加了实验的复杂性。为此,我们研究采用了用压电晶体片进行激振和拾振的实验方法,利用通用仪器和等强度悬臂梁进行实验。该实验方法对简化实验设备、增加实验组数、提高实验课的教学质量有一定作用。
One of the mechanical vibration experiments in colleges and universities is usually carried out on a simple beam using an electric or electromagnetic exciter. However, due to the large experimental equipment, special equipment more difficult to equip with multiple sets of equipment for student operation, especially in the vibration mode determination experiment, if directly on the machine or mechanical equipment, but also adds to the complexity of the experiment. For this reason, we have studied the experimental method of exciting and picking up the piezoelectric crystal pieces by using the common equipment and the same strength cantilever. The experimental method to simplify the experimental equipment, increase the number of experimental groups, improve the quality of experimental teaching has a certain effect.
