目的:探讨间接创伤对幼年鼠颞颌关节早期影响的组织学变化。方法:实验用1月龄Wistar大白鼠32只,通过下颌角造成颞下颌关节间接创伤,然后在创伤后24h、1周、2和4周应用光镜方法对其颞下颌关节进行观察。结果:与正常组比较,光镜下可见创伤后24h髁状突表面纤维软骨松解、碎裂。伤后1~2周髁状突、关节盘表层成纤维细胞增生,纤维软骨层增厚。伤后4周可见盘突粘连。结论:间接创伤可致幼年鼠颞下颌关节组织的损伤并引起关节盘及髁状突表面纤维软骨出现增生性修复变化,长期的变化尚有待进一步研究
Objective: To investigate the histological changes of early stage of temporomandibular joint in young rats induced by indirect trauma. Methods: Twenty-two Wistar rats aged 1 month were used to induce indirect temporomandibular joint trauma through the mandibular angle. The temporomandibular joint was observed by light microscopy at 24h, 1, 2 and 4 weeks after trauma. Results: Compared with the normal group, under the light microscope, the cartilage on the condyle surface was detached and disintegrated 24 h after trauma. 1 to 2 weeks after injury, condyle, fibrosis of the disc surface fibrosis, fibrocartilage thickening. Traumatic adhesions can be seen 4 weeks after injury. CONCLUSION: Indirect trauma can cause the injury of temporomandibular joint tissue in young rats and cause the proliferation of fibrocartilage on the surface of articular disc and condyle. The long-term changes need to be further studied
