高分辨率磁敏电阻式编码器的研制综合了功能材料制备、薄膜技术应用、半导体加工工艺、塑料永磁磁鼓的制备、现代电子技术和传感器设计等多种高新技术。磁敏电阻是对磁通量变化灵敏度非常高的敏感元件,本文讨论了具有磁敏电阻传感器元件和多极磁化磁鼓结构的高分辨率增量型磁编码器的研制过程。磁编码器结构紧凑,性能稳定,可广泛适用于多种水、油、汽、粉尘等工业环境。
The development of high-resolution magnetoresistive encoders combines many high-tech technologies such as functional material preparation, thin film technology, semiconductor processing, preparation of plastic permanent magnet drums, modern electronics and sensor design. Magnetoresistor is a sensitive element with very high sensitivity to magnetic flux variation. This paper discusses the development of high resolution incremental magnetic encoder with magnetoresistive sensor element and multi-pole magnetized drum. Magnetic encoder compact structure, stable performance, can be widely applied to a variety of water, oil, steam, dust and other industrial environments.
