用环丙沙星联合复达欣治疗绿脓杆菌肺部感染82例，其有效率85．0％，细菌清除率70.7％，与对照组比较均有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。耳、肾毒性较对照组明显降低（P＜0．01）。联合用药后互补耐药率降低。环丙沙星联合复达欣是一种较理想的联合用药方式。
82 cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa pulmonary infection were treated with ciprofloxacin combined with Fu Daxin, with an effective rate of 85.0% and a bacterial clearance rate of 70.7%, which were significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). Ear, nephrotoxicity was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). After the combination of drugs reduced the rate of complementary resistance. Ciprofloxacin combined with Fu Daxin is a more ideal combination of medication.
