本文建立了人胃癌细胞核染色质的制备方法,并应用ELISA方法对比分析了人胃癌细胞及正常人胃粘膜细胞核染色质的免疫反应。抗人胃癌细胞核染色质抗血清能与人胃癌细胞染色质产生强免疫反应,而与正常人胃粘膜细胞染色质反应甚低。
This paper established a method for the preparation of nuclear chromatin in human gastric cancer cells, and compared and analyzed the nuclear chromatin immunoreactivity in human gastric cancer cells and normal human gastric mucosa by ELISA. The antiserum against human gastric cancer cell nuclear chromatin and antiserum can produce strong immune reaction with human gastric cancer cell chromatin, but the reaction with normal human gastric mucosal cell chromatin is very low.
