目的:对妇产科患者隐私权认知水平进行调查分析,根据调查结果提出使用建议。方法:选取2016年7~11月医院妇产科患者108例为调查对象,设计调查问卷,对其进行隐私权认识调查。结果:105例患者认为自己有隐私权,占97.22%,造成隐私泄露的因素主要有术前护理、手术部位消毒、手术过程。结论:妇产科患者有较强的隐私保护意识,隐私权认知水平较高,医护人员应增强法律意识和保护意识,注意保护患者隐私,减少医患纠纷,提高患者满意度,构建和谐的护患关系。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the cognition level of obstetrics and gynecology patients’ right to privacy, and to put forward the suggestion of using according to the result of the investigation. Methods: A total of 108 obstetrics and gynecology patients from July to November 2016 in our hospital were selected as the survey subjects. Questionnaires were designed to investigate the privacy of the patients. Results: 105 patients think they have privacy, accounting for 97.22%, resulting in privacy leaks are mainly preoperative care, surgical site disinfection, surgical procedures. Conclusion: Obstetrics and gynecology patients have a strong awareness of privacy protection and a high level of privacy awareness. Health care workers should enhance their awareness of the law and protect themselves. They should also pay attention to protecting the privacy of patients, reducing the disputes between doctors and patients, and improving patient satisfaction, so as to build a harmonious Nurse-patient relationship.
