在pH5.1的HAc-NaAc介质中,铑(Ⅲ)催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ褪色,据此建立了一个以偶氮胂Ⅲ褪色反应为基础的新催化动力学测定铑的方法。铑(Ⅲ)浓度在0.4~4.0μg/25mL范围与log(A0/A)有线性关系(r=0.9989,y=0.2710x-0.0653),检出限为1.5×10-10g/mL。方法用于实际样品中铑的测定,对8份试液测定的相对标准偏差为0.8%~1.9%,回收率为98%~105%。
In the HAc-NaAc medium at pH 5.1, rhodium (Ⅲ) catalyzed the oxidation of arsenazo Ⅲ by potassium periodate, and established a new catalytic kinetic method for rhodium determination based on the arsenazo Ⅲ fading reaction . The linear range of rhodium (Ⅲ) was log (A0 / A) in the range of 0.4 ~ 4.0μg / 25mL (r = 0.9989, y = 0.2710x-0.0653) 5 × 10-10g / mL. The method was applied to the determination of rhodium in real samples. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the eight samples were 0.8% ~ 1.9% and the recoveries were 98% ~ 105%.
