贵州某地铅锌尾矿锌含量低、泥化严重,且绝大部分以氧化锌异极矿形式存在,用浮选方法很难富集锌。为此,根据尾矿性质进行了直接化学浸出试验,考察了浸出液固比、浸出时间和浸出粒度3个因素对锌浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在盐酸浓度为60%、浸出液固比为4∶1、浸出时间为6 h、浸出粒度为-0.074 mm的最佳试验条件下,获得了锌浸出率为95.34%的较好试验指标。
The zinc content of lead-zinc tailings in a certain place in Guizhou is low and the mud is very serious, most of them exist in the form of hemimorphite of zinc oxide. It is very difficult to enrich zinc with the flotation method. Therefore, according to the nature of the tailings, a direct chemical leaching test was carried out to investigate the effect of solid-liquid ratio, leaching time and leaching particle size on leaching rate of zinc. The results showed that the optimum test conditions of zinc leaching rate of 95.34% were obtained under the optimum conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 60%, leachate ratio of 4:1, leaching time of 6 h and leaching particle size of -0.074 mm index.
