本次调查的脑卒中患者包括脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑血栓形成、脑梗塞及脑卒中未分型。脑卒中未分型是指根据临床资料不能确定是出血性或梗塞性者。诊断标准参照世界卫生组织莫尼卡方案。本文部分资料将按以下三组人群分析。①农村:城关组;②农村:新安组;③城市组。 Stroke patients in this survey included intracerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis, cerebral infarction, and stroke.
