现代超常教育的实践和理论认为:人们的智力水平是有差异的。用常规教育中简单划一的教育方法来对待有明显差异的学生并不符合平等原则。对超常生的素质和能力的培养离不开特殊的教育手段。如何提高资优生的科学素质,培养其良好的科学品质,尤其是培养其创新意识和创造性思维能力,这是每一个从事超常教育工作的教师所面临的重要问题。下面拟就自己在实验班化学教学中所做的一些尝试和探讨谈几点体会。
The practice and theory of modern supernormal education believe that people’s intelligence levels are different. The use of a simple and uniform education approach in regular education to treat students with significant differences does not meet the principle of equality. The cultivation of the quality and ability of supernormal students cannot be separated from special education methods. How to improve the scientific quality of gifted students and cultivate their good scientific quality, especially to cultivate their innovative awareness and creative thinking ability, is an important issue faced by every teacher engaged in the work of supernormal education.
