11月中旬.国务院机关事务管理局在北京召开中央国家机关先进财会工作集体和先进会计工作者表彰大会.国务院副秘书长常捷、财政部副部长刘积斌.国管局副局长郭济和财政部预算司,会计事务管理司、中国会计学会、全国预算会计研究会的负责同志出席了会议.会议向15个先进集体颁发了奖状.向46名先进工作者颁发了荣誉证书.会议号召各单位学习先进集体的经验,加强思想工作和财务管理.积极进行机关后勤工作改革.抓好增收节支和点滴节约.号召向先进会计工作者学习.保持坚定正确的政治方向.
