农村法治建设一直被忽视,甚至一度被压制,致使农村法治建设滞后,多数农民法治观念淡薄。农村人口人数较多,农民思想转变慢,建设法治社会,农村法治建设是关键。合肥市在农村法治建设过程中,改进方式方法,运用创新思维和法治思维,探索出农村法治建设新方法和思路,在建设过程中也存在一定问题。
The construction of the rule of law in rural areas has been neglected and even once suppressed. As a result, the construction of the rule of law in rural areas lags behind and the majority of peasants have a weak concept of the rule of law. The rural population is large, the peasants’ thinking changes slowly, and building a society ruled by law, the construction of the rule of law in rural areas is the key. Hefei city in the process of building the rule of law in rural areas, ways and means to improve the use of innovative thinking and the rule of law thinking to explore new ways and ideas for the construction of the rule of law in rural areas, there are also some problems in the process of building.
