对于我国贫困地区农村来说 ,反贫困需要制度创新和组织重建。本文拟从制度、组织等因素对反贫困实践及其效果的影响 ,分析制度创新和组织重建的必要性 ,并着重研究反贫困制度创新和组织重建与贫困人群既有的文化模式的相关性
For the poor rural areas in China, anti-poverty needs institutional innovation and organizational reconstruction. This paper intends to analyze the influence of institution and organization on the anti-poverty practice and its effects, and analyzes the necessity of institutional innovation and organizational reconstruction. It also studies the correlation between institutional innovation and organizational reconstruction and the existing cultural patterns of poor people
