浅谈乡镇成校在劳动力技能培训中存在的问题及对策——嘉兴市南湖区七星镇成人文化技术学校为例

胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中明确指出:“培育有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,发挥亿万农民建设新农村的主体作用。”长期以来,“三农”问题一直是决定我国全面建设小康社会进程和现代化进程的关键性问题,也是关系国强富民的根本性问题。只有农民全员加入现代化进程,才能盘活国民经济全局,实现可持续发展;只有农村的落后面貌明显改变,农民进入小康生活,才能真正实现社会的和谐。当前,要培育有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,关键是加强镇成人文化技术学校的建设,解决其实际问题。她作为乡镇唯一的培训机构,要创新培训机制,探索新农村多种培训途径,开展多种形式的培训,才能全面提升了新型农民的综合素质。但是,成校在培训中存在许多问题,难以解决。因此,主要以嘉兴市南湖区七星镇成人文化技术学校为例,分析在劳动力技能培训中存在问题的原因,探索其解决问题的对策。 In his report to the 17th National Congress, General Secretary Hu Jintao clearly pointed out: “Cultivating a new type of peasant with culture, technology and management will give full play to the main role of hundreds of millions of peasants in building a new countryside.” “For a long time, the issue of” three rural issues " Has always been the key issue that determines the process of our country’s building an overall well-to-do society and the process of modernization. However, there are many problems in the training of schools, which are hard to solve. Therefore, taking Qixing Adult Culture Technical School in Nanhu District of Jiaxing City as an example, this paper analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in the training of labor skills and explores the solutions to the problems.
