通过组织切片显微技术、荧光显微技术和宏观调查与观察,对不同环境下松毛虫感染白僵菌后的组织病理变化进行了研究。结果表明:在相对湿度95%、15℃条件下,经15d,寄主所有组织器官可被消解而致死亡;25℃下则只需8d;而7℃下至28d才在肠腔中出现侵染现象。适宜条件下,白僵菌从表皮侵入,低温下可随食物从肠道侵入。寄主昆虫具有一定的免疫防御能力,低温低湿环境中防御功能更易显现。在林间冬春气候下,白僵菌孢子可部分萌发侵入寄主致病,但病死虫体有的不表现白僵症状。
The histopathological changes of Beauveria bassiana infected with Beauveria in different environments were studied by tissue section microscopy, fluorescence microscopy and macroscopic investigation and observation. The results showed that under the conditions of 95% RH and 15 ℃, all tissues and organs of the host could be digested to death at 15 days, only 8 days at 25 ℃, and only appeared in the intestinal lumen at 7 ℃ until 28 days phenomenon. Under suitable conditions, Beauveria bassiana invades from the epidermis and can invade with the intestine at low temperatures. Host insects have a certain immune defense ability, low temperature and humidity protection environment easier to show. In the winter and spring forest climate, Beauveria bassiana spores can be partially germinated host disease, but some of the diseased worms do not show white stiff symptoms.
