目的:分析研究脑蛋白水解物在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的疗效观察。方法:88例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患者,均分为两组,甲组采用常规对症支持、改善内环境等常规治疗,乙组在甲组治疗基础上结合采用脑蛋白水解物治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果以及新生儿NBNA评分情况。结果:乙组患儿治疗效果以及治疗后4-6d、7-10d的NBNA评分与甲组相比,有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患者采用脑蛋白水解物治疗,有利于脑功能的早日恢复,预后效果良好,应用价值显著。
Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of brain protein hydrolyzate in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: Eighty-eight neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were divided into two groups. Group A received conventional symptomatic support and improved routine treatment of internal environment. Group B was treated with brain protein hydrolyzate based on group A treatment, Compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients and neonatal NBNA score. Results: The therapeutic effect of B group and the NBNA score of 7d-10d after 4-6 days of treatment were significantly different from that of A group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of brain protein hydrolyzate in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is conducive to the early recovery of brain function, the prognosis is good and the application value is significant.
