目的探讨在血压正常人群中血清游离脂肪酸水平与脉压间的关系。方法入选1 250例非高血压人员为研究对象,测量并计算脉压(PP)和体重指数(BMI)。检测空腹游离脂肪酸等血脂参数水平。依脉压水平分为脉压升高组(PP>50 mm Hg)和脉压未升高组(PP≤50 mm Hg),比较组间临床特征的差异。采用多因素Logistic回归分析各临床及检验参数与脉压的关系。结果脉压升高组的平均年龄、血清总胆固醇水平、低密度脂蛋白水平均高于脉压未升高组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脉压升高组的空腹血清游离脂肪酸水平明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示空腹血清游离脂肪酸水平是脉压升高的独立危险因素(OR=0.985,95%CI:0.962~0.997,P=0.018)。结论非高血压人群中高游离脂肪酸水平是脉压升高的独立危险因素,进行游离脂肪酸水平的检查可能有助于筛查出动脉硬化高危人群。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum free fatty acid levels and pulse pressure in normotensive subjects. Methods A total of 1,250 non-hypertensive subjects were included in the study. Pulse pressure (PP) and body mass index (BMI) were measured and calculated. Test fasting free fatty acids and other lipid parameters. According to the level of pulse pressure, they were divided into two groups: PPR group (PP> 50 mm Hg) and PPR group (PP≤50 mm Hg). The clinical characteristics of the patients were compared. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of the clinical and test parameters and pulse pressure relationship. Results The average age, serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels in patients with elevated pulse pressure were significantly higher than those without elevated pulse pressure (P <0.05). The fasting serum free fatty acid levels in the patients with elevated pulse pressure were significantly higher (P = 0.000). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that fasting serum free fatty acid level was an independent risk factor for increased pulse pressure (OR = 0.985, 95% CI: 0.962-0.997, P = 0.018). Conclusions High free fatty acid levels in non-hypertensive subjects are independent risk factors for increased pulse pressure. Examination of the level of free fatty acids may be useful in screening for high-risk arteriosclerosis.
