肌上皮瘤(myoepithelioma)是一种良性上皮性肿瘤,由肌上皮及其衍生细胞组成。以往由于对肌上皮瘤细胞认识不足,很多病例被误认为多形性腺瘤。随着病理学的发展,肌上皮瘤的检出率有所提高,但发生于鼻腔鼻窦者还较为少见。我科2004-01-2012-05收治25例鼻腔鼻窦肌上皮瘤患者,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料鼻腔鼻窦肌上皮瘤患者25例,男11例,女14例;发病年龄31~54岁,平均43岁。肿瘤原发部 Myoepithelioma is a benign epithelial tumor composed of myoepithelial cells and their derived cells.
