目的探讨经阴道超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的异位妊娠超声检查资料,依据检查方式不同分为经腹组和经阴道组。结果经阴道组敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均明显高于经腹组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检查无症状异位妊娠可为临床早期诊断和治疗提供可靠的理论依据。
Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the data of ectopic pregnancy examined in our hospital. According to the examination method, the patients were divided into transabdominal group and transvaginal group. Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of transvaginal group were significantly higher than those of transabdominal group (P <0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography asymptomatic ectopic pregnancy can provide a reliable theoretical basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
