本文以FNS_R1.1金融服务培训包为例介绍澳大利亚TAFE教育中的培训包的基本结构和内容,并以会计资格证书的取得和提升路径分析了能力单元在其中的作用。鉴于能力单元在职业能力评价中的重要作用,提出加强与行业企业的联系,合作开发职业能力标准、职业教育的课程标准应突出职业技能和实践能力及课程标准中应引入团队工作及沟通能力要素的建议。
This article takes FNS_R1.1 financial service training package as an example to introduce the basic structure and content of training package in TAFE education in Australia and analyzes the role of capability unit in the acquisition and promotion path of accounting qualification certificate. In view of the important role of competency unit in occupational competence evaluation, it is proposed to strengthen the contact with industry enterprises and to develop the standards of occupational competence. The curriculum standards of vocational education should emphasize professional skills and practical abilities, and the elements of teamwork and communication skills should be introduced in curriculum standards Suggestions.
