中国共产党作为一个纪律严明的组织,存在严格的组织内规定来约束每一个党员是合理且必要的。但随着我国法治建设的日趋推进,“法律”和“党纪”两条“铁轨”上运行的机制不可避免地产生了交织和碰撞。而“双规”制度作为党内法纪制度中的一项重要制度,在实践中也产生了相对应的问题和缺陷,本文就是以法治建设为视角,探讨“双规”制度的存立与废止。
As a well-disciplined organization, it is reasonable and necessary for the Chinese Communist Party to restrict every member in the strict rules of organization.
