目的评价消痛贴膏中木犀草黄素在活体大鼠皮肤上的渗透作用。方法用放射性核素~(125)I标记的木犀草黄素作为示踪剂,与消痛贴膏贴于大鼠的表皮,一定时间后用γ计数仪测量相应皮肤、肌肉和骨组织的放射性量。结果消痛贴膏中木犀草黄素在活体大鼠皮肤上2 h后,木犀草黄素(含~(125)I-木犀草黄素示踪剂)在各组织上的量:皮肤为(30 204.38±6 855.08)pg·g~(-1),肌肉为(144.77±106.22)pg·g~(-1),骨为(14.72±4.04)pg·g~(-1)。结论消痛贴膏中木犀草黄素能透过大鼠皮肤进入皮下肌肉层,并有一定量的木犀草黄素到达骨骼层。
Objective To evaluate the penetration of luteolin in Xiao Tong plaster on the skin of living rats. Methods Radioactive nuclide 125 I labeled luteolin was used as a tracer and was applied to the epidermis of the rats with Jiaotong plaster. The radioactivity of the corresponding skin, muscle and bone tissues was measured with a gamma counter after a certain period of time the amount. Results The amount of luteolin (including 125 I-luteolin flavin tracers) in each tissue of luteolin patch on the skin of living rats after 2 h was: skin (30 204.38 ± 6 855.08 pg · g -1, muscle mass was (144.77 ± 106.22) pg · g -1 and bone was (14.72 ± 4.04) pg · g -1. Conclusion The pain relief patch luteolin can penetrate the rat skin into the subcutaneous muscle layer, and a certain amount of luteolin to reach the skeleton layer.
