正确认识和处理计划和市场的关系,把计划经济与市场调节有机地结合起来,这是我国社会主义建设实践经验的科学总结。在实际工作中,我感到计划经济必须与市场调节相结合,但在个人思想深处,运用市场机制到底是姓“社”还是姓”资”的问题并未根本解决。在一些具体问题中,对于市场运行机制不敢大胆操作,怕这怕那,束缚了自己的思想和手脚。学习邓小平同志的重要谈话以后,感到思想解放了,视野开阔了,对计划与市场关系的认识深化了。
Correctly understanding and handling the relationship between the plan and the market and organically integrating the planned economy with market regulation is a scientific summary of the practical experience of our socialist construction. In actual work, I feel that the planned economy must be integrated with market regulation. However, in the personal minds, the question of whether to use the market mechanism in the personal life is not always solved. In some specific issues, the operation of the market is not afraid to boldly operate, afraid of that, which shackles their own ideas and hands and feet. After learning the important remarks made by Comrade Deng Xiaoping, I felt my mind was liberated and my vision was widened. My understanding of the relationship between the plan and the market was deepened.
