对于一个企业而言,财务活动是企业最重要的活动,一个企业的财务状况对于企业的生存与发展有着直接的影响,同时一个国家企业的发展则又影响到了一个国家的经济发展和社会稳定,因此保证企业财务活动的正常稳定的进行,认真防范企业可能出现的财务风险是十分必要的。本文从财务风险的基本概念出发,分析企业出现财务风险的原因,并针对如何防范企业的财务风险提出可行的建议。
For an enterprise, financial activities are the most important activities of an enterprise. The financial status of an enterprise has a direct impact on the survival and development of an enterprise. Meanwhile, the development of a state enterprise affects the economic development and social stability of a country. Therefore, it is very necessary to ensure the normal and steady operation of the financial activities of the enterprise and to carefully guard against possible financial risks of the enterprise. Based on the basic concepts of financial risk, this paper analyzes the reasons why financial risks exist in enterprises and puts forward feasible suggestions on how to prevent the financial risks of enterprises.
