目的建立工作场所空气中百草枯的紫外分光光度检测方法。方法聚四氟乙烯滤膜采集空气中的百草枯,去离子水洗脱,在碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠碱性介质中,与连二亚硫酸钠反应生成蓝色化合物,于395.2 nm波长下比色测定。结果该方法的线性范围为0~10.0 mg/L,相关系数(r)=0.999 7,方法检出限为0.165 mg/L;采样体积按240 L计,最低检出质量浓度3.4×10-3mg/m3;采样效率>91.0%。结论该方法操作方便,所需设备简单,适合在基层职业病防治机构和企业中推广应用。
Objective To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of paraquat in workplace air. Methods Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane was used to collect paraquat in the air and eluted with deionized water. The product was reacted with sodium dithionite in alkaline medium of sodium bicarbonate to produce a blue compound. Colorimetric assay at 395.2 nm . Results The linear range of this method was 0-10.0 mg / L, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.999 7, and the detection limit was 0.165 mg / L. The minimum detection concentration was 3.4 × 10-3 mg / m3; Sampling efficiency> 91.0%. Conclusion The method is easy to operate, the required equipment is simple and suitable for popularization and application in grassroots occupational disease prevention and control institutions and enterprises.
