本文研究了γ辐射对苹果的代谢速度及乙烯生成量的影响。结果表明,刚采摘的苹果进行照射时,呼吸速率和乙烯生成量都有所增加。放置10天照射时,呼吸速率仍随剂量增加而增加,而乙烯生成量则随剂量增加而下降,而且一直处于较低水平。成熟度高的苹果辐射时,辐射使其呼吸速率增加量较小,而乙烯生成则受到大的抑制作用。考虑到其他各种因素,对苹果的辐射保藏,使用剂量控制在80Krad以下是必要的。
In this paper, the effects of γ radiation on the metabolic rate and ethylene production of apple were studied. The results showed that the freshly harvested apples had an increase in respiration rate and ethylene production. When exposed to 10 days of exposure, the respiration rate still increased with increasing doses, whereas ethylene production decreased with increasing doses and remained at a low level. When the mature apple irradiates, the radiation increases the respiration rate less, while the ethylene production is greatly inhibited. Taking into account various other factors, it is necessary to control the radiation dose of apple below 80Krad for radiation preservation of apple.
