采用磷酸钛氧铷(RTP)电光偏转器作为调Q开关,实现了连续激光二极管(LD)端面抽运Nd…YVO_4的激光调Q运转。实验研究了输出耦合镜透射率不同、重复频率不同时激光器调Q的输出特性。当输出耦合镜透射率为60%,在5kHz重复频率运转时,获得了平均输出功率为1.22 W、脉冲宽度为1.0ns、峰值功率为244kW的调Q脉冲输出;当重复频率为20kHz时,得到的平均输出功率为2.67 W,脉冲宽度为2.2ns,峰值功率为60.7kW,对应斜率效率为37%,光束质量因子M2x=1.226,M2y=1.229。并使用磷酸钛氧钾(KTP)晶体对激光器输出的1064nm激光进行了腔外倍频,获得了重复频率为20kHz、平均输出功率为1.33 W的532nm绿光输出,倍频效率为50%。
