采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ-RSC)、职业成熟度问卷进行调查。结果发现:(1)不同性别、学科、成长环境、年级、是否做过社会兼职、班干部的大学生在人格特质和职业成熟度上存在显著差异;(2)大学生人格特质的内外倾向与职业成熟度中的信息应用、职业认知、自我认知、个人调试、职业选择、条件评估正相关;大学生人格特质的神经质与职业成熟度的信息应用、职业认知、自我认知、职业选择负相关;大学生人格特质的精神质与职业成熟度的信息应用、职业认知、价值观念、条件评估负相关;大学生人格特质的掩饰倾向与职业成熟度的职业态度正相关;(3)人格特质对职业成熟度各个维度有显著的回归效应,预测作用均显著。
