目前,在高职院校进行学生党建工作时,通过实际工作情况发现,其仍然存在较多不足之处,而将精细化管理合理融入其中,不仅能为更好开展该项工作起到一定积极作用,而且还能实现其工作水平全面提升的目的,为高职院校的发展做出重要贡献。对此,本文首先分析精细化管理和学生党建现状,其次阐述精细化管理在高职学生党建工作的实践。 At present, when carrying out the work of party building for students in higher vocational colleges, it is found through actual work that there are still many shortcomings.
