作者用核团内微最注射和行为测痛法,研究了大鼠监斑(LC)内注射催产素(OT)或催产素抗血清(AOTS)对痛阈和吗啡镇痛的影响。结果表明蓝斑内注射OT可使大鼠痛阈(PT)明显提高,且镇痛作用随OT的剂量增加而增强;而注射AOTS则使痛阈降低。蓝斑内注射催产素可加强皮下注射吗啡的镇痛作用,而注射AOTS则对吗啡镇痛作用有拮抗作用。提示OT的镇痛和对吗啡镇痛的协同作用可能与蓝斑有密切关系。
The authors investigated the effects of injection of oxytocin (OT) or oxytocin antiserum (AOTS) on pain threshold and morphine analgesia in rats by micro-injection and behavioral testing in the nucleus. The results showed that intracortical injection of OT could significantly increase the pain threshold (PT) in rats and the analgesic effect increased with the increase of the dose of OT. The injection of AOTS reduced the pain threshold. Intrabronchial injection of oxytocin can enhance the analgesic effect of subcutaneous injection of morphine, and injection of AOTS antagonize the analgesic effect of morphine. Tip OT analgesic and morphine analgesic synergy may be closely related with the blue spot.
