为了确定矿用车辆及其它工程机械的垂直越障能力,本文通过简化力学模型,建立了各种工况下前轮驱动车辆垂直越障时车辆参数与障碍物高度间的关系,并在计算机上进行了模拟计算。对车辆结构参数的影响因素进行了理论分析并与后轮驱动车辆进行了对比,并通过试验验证了理论模型的正确。本文的结论对指导前轮驱动车辆的总布置设计和某些参数确定以及厂矿道路设施的设计具有参考意义。
In order to determine the vertical obstacle-crossing capability of mining vehicles and other construction machinery, this paper establishes the relationship between the vehicle parameters and the obstacle height when the front-wheel-drive vehicle crosses the barrier in various conditions by simplifying the mechanical model, and on the computer A simulation was performed. The influencing factors of vehicle structural parameters are theoretically analyzed and compared with the rear-wheel drive vehicles. The correctness of the theoretical model is verified through experiments. The conclusion of this paper is of great significance to guide the general layout design of the front-wheel drive vehicles and to determine certain parameters and the design of the factory road and road facilities.
