目的:建立砂仁的化学模式识别方法,用于区分砂仁正品及其伪品,为寻找其代用品提供依据。方法:本文首先通过HPLC法获得64批样品的化学成分信息,建立共有模式并进行相似度计算,采用逐步判别分析方法提取特征峰,运用判别分析和主成分分析方法对砂仁及其伪品进行分类。结果:以提取的6个特征峰为变量,通过判别分析和主成分分析可将砂仁及其伪品进行准确的分类,判别准确率为100%,化学模式识别所得结果与性状鉴别结果一致。结论:本文所建立的模式识别方法能够准确有效地区分砂仁及其伪品,为砂仁的鉴别分类及质量控制提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a chemical pattern recognition method for Amomum villosum, which is used to distinguish genuine Amomum villosum and its counterfeit, and provide the basis for searching for their substitutes. Methods: In this paper, the chemical composition information of 64 batches of samples was obtained by HPLC, the common mode was established and the similarity was calculated. The discriminant analysis was used to extract characteristic peaks. The discriminant analysis and principal component analysis classification. Results: Based on the six extracted characteristic peaks, the accurate classification of Amomum villosum and its counterfeit products could be classified by discriminant analysis and principal component analysis. The discriminant accuracy was 100%. The results of chemical pattern recognition were consistent with those of traits identification. Conclusion: The pattern recognition method established in this paper can distinguish Amomum villosa and its counterfeit accurately and effectively, and provide the basis for identification and quality control of Amomum villosum.
