近年来,高考生源持续下降,而高校却继续扩招,高考录取比例不断升高。本文通过分析生源下降的原因和普通高校持续扩招对成人高等教育的影响,结合自身十余年从事成人高等教育的经验,对成人高等教育在多重压力下的发展对策做出一些探讨,力求对成人高等教育的发展有一些有益的作用。
