课程改革是一场变革,在这场变革中,没有先知先觉的圣贤,我们与教师处在同一起跑线上,是改革的参与者、实践者、合作者。教师是课程改革中最大的财富,在他们的身上有着无穷的工作激情与创造力。这就要求我们要尊重、信任教师,除了督促检查,要有很多更好的办法激发教师身上的热情与创造力。在管理中树立以人为本的思想,不断改进工作方式,提高服务意识,通过实施多项的评价,激励教师主动参与改革。思想观念的转变是根本的转变,思想观念的转变不是自然的、自发的过程,也不可能通过一两次学习就能完成,必须通过科学的管理来实现。善于在课堂教学中发现带有倾向性的问题,通过典型事例,在教学实践过程中帮助教师领悟新的教学思想和方法,新课程的改革,对学校管理也提出了新的要求,一种新型的教学研究制度——校本教研应运而生。通过开展以校为本的教学研究,促进教育观念的转变。课例研讨引发思考,同伴互助共同成长,专家引领促进发展等校本研究的形式,促进了学校和教师的发展。课程改革强调创造一个良好的外部环境,创造一个激励上进的环境,所以必须实施激励性评价。改革对教师和对学生的评价体系,要让评价激发教师身上的热情与创造力。管理的真谛在于发挥人的价值,发掘人的潜能,发展人的个性,教学管理应当最大限度地发挥人的积极性、主动性、创造性。 Curriculum reform is a revolution.
