湖北省热处理学会于1991年5月7～10日召开理事会议。有31名理事出席会议。胡炳明副理事长首先向全体理事传达了全国第五届热处理年会的盛况及有关决议。曹文华秘书长报告了1974年以来湖北省热处理技术协作网及1990年度湖北省热处理学会的工作总结。理事们展开了深入细致的讨论,会议决议: 1.学会应积极开展提高热处理技术水平、促进热处理技术发展的学术活动。对目前省内部分厂忽视产品热处理质量的倾向应给以极大关注; 2.审定了学会1991年的9项学术活动计划;
The Society of Heat Treatment of Hubei Province held a board meeting on May 7-10, 1991. 31 directors attended the meeting. Vice President Hu Bingming first conveyed the grand status of the Fifth National Heat Treatment Annual Meeting and relevant resolutions to all the directors. Secretary General Cao Wenhua reported on the work summary of the Hubei Heat Treatment Technology Cooperation Network since 1974 and the Hubei Provincial Heat Treatment Society in 1990. The council members conducted in-depth and meticulous discussions. The meeting resolved: 1. The society should actively carry out academic activities to improve the level of heat treatment technology and promote the development of heat treatment technology. The current tendency of some factories in the province to neglect the quality of heat treatment of products should be given great attention; 2. The 9 academic activities of the Academy in 1991 were approved;
