2015年12月26日,中国企业国有产权交易机构协会(以下简称“协会”)二届七次常务理事会议召开。此次常务理事会议首次采用协会建成的视频会商系统,常务理事单位法定代表人或授权代表人远程异地参加会议。协会会长吴汝川在协会秘书处会议室主持会议,协会秘书长夏忠仁参加,副秘书长王双林、方建国及秘书处有关部室和业务中心负责人列席。会议主要内容是,审议《全国产权交易行业“十三五”发展规划》,审议《中国企业国有产权交易机构协会章程》修改提案,以及有关协会换届的若干议题。会议听取了关于编制行业“十三五”
On December 26, 2015, the 7th executive meeting of the second term of the State-owned Assets and Equity Exchanges Association of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) was held. The executive council for the first time using the association established by the video conferencing system, standing director of the legal representative or authorized representative to participate in the conference remotely. WU Ruchuan, president of the Association, presided over the meeting in the conference secretariat of the Association. Xia Zhongren, secretary general of the Association, attended the meeting. The main content of the meeting was to review the “13th Five-Year Plan” of the National Equity Exchange and Trade Industry, consider the proposal of revising the Articles of Association of the State-owned Assets and Equity Exchange Institutions of Chinese Enterprises, and discuss some issues related to the change of the association.
