没有少数民族团场的全面发展,就没有三师经济的全面振兴。少数民族地区经济、文化、生产的“三落后”状况相当普遍,特别是地处南疆的三师尤为突出。三师少数民族团场职工致富,需要加强党对少数民族地区经济工作的领导、拓宽少数民族地区经济发展空间、大力发展庭院经济、依靠科技水平降低成本、提高劳动者素质提升就业空间等尤为重要。
