吉利汽车作为近几年自主品牌汽车中发展最快的主机厂之一,每年全新车型、改款车型、复制车型的项目很多,如何在减少管理人员,降低管理费用的前提下,确保新产品开发进度,提升质量,已经成为企业迫切需要解决的问题,因此,本文通过模具开发过程管理为例,从进度管理和质量管理两个方面重点讨论新产品开发过程管理。
As one of the fastest-growing OEMs of self-owned brands in recent years, Geely Automobile has many projects each year for brand new models, facelift models and duplicate models. How to ensure new product development under the precondition of reducing management staff and reducing management costs? Progress and quality improvement have become urgent problems to be solved by the enterprises. Therefore, this paper focuses on the process management of new product development from two aspects: progress management and quality management through the process management of mold development.
