Objective To investigate the impact of fragmentation on the impact of injury. Methods Thirty-six adult mongrel dogs were randomly divided into three groups according to the physical parameters of fragmentation and shock wave: mild impact injury, moderate impact injury, high-speed limb injury, high-speed fragmentation combined with mild and moderate impact injuries, Degree impact injury combined compound injury. Impact group with BST I-type bio-shock tube injury, with 0. 48g triangular fragment caused limb fragmentation injury, with BST I bio-shock tube immediately after the injury to make a composite wound injury. Morphology and lung index were observed 24 hours after injury. Results High-speed rupture had an aggravating effect on the medium-impact injury. The aggravating effect mainly occurred in the lungs. The injury could be aggravated by one grade. The high-speed rupture had no aggravating effect on the medium-impact injury with mild and low-speed rupture. Conclusion High-speed limb fragmentation has an aggravating effect on moderate pulmonary impact injury, which may have some guiding significance for the liquid resuscitation of injured casualties.
