At the autumn auction of Chinese artworks at the end of 2004, Wang Jian’s “Antiquities Landscape Album”, one of the “Four Kings” of the early Qing Dynasty, was sold at a high price of 12.56 million yuan, A shot, at the same time, also created the highest price of his personal works. Wang Jian’s works in the domestic art market can be so much collector’s favor and attention, the price goes up year by year, which is unique style with his works and the influence and status of Chinese art history are inseparable. In the history of Chinese painting, when talking about the creation of landscape painting, one can not but remind people of the four painters Wang Shimin, Wang Jian, Wang Jian and Wang Yuanqi, the representatives of Chinese landscape painting in the early years of the Qing dynasty, Similar, so future generations put them together as the early Qing Dynasty “four kings.”
