本文应用人的白血病細胞短期培养的方法,对常用的8种抗肿瘤药物进行了观察。氮芥及氧化氮芥在7—10微克/毫升,溶肉瘤素和新恩必恨于25—35微克/毫升,三乙酰硫代磷酰胺和丁二醇二甲磺酸酯在100微克/毫升,都出現了显著的細胞毒作用,使細胞很快死亡溶解;但6-巯基嘌吟和氨基喋吟未表現作用。在24种不同类型药物的研究中:9种对白血病細胞有明显的毒性作用,这些药物对动物移植性肿瘤也有抑制作用;15种体外无效,体內也无作用(表1)。結果証明,本方法可作为抗肿瘤药物篩选方法之一。
In this paper, short-term culture of human leukemia cells using methods, the commonly used eight kinds of anti-tumor drugs were observed. Nitrogen mustard and nitrogen oxide mustard at 7-10 micrograms / milliliter, lysozyme and Nemesis hate at 25-35 micrograms / milliliter, triacetylthiophosphamide and butanediol dimethanesulfonate at 100 micrograms / milliliter , There are significant cytotoxic effects, the rapid death of cells dissolved; but 6-mercaptopurine and aminoguanine did not show the role. Of the 24 different types of drug research, nine have significant toxic effects on leukemic cells, and these drugs also have an inhibitory effect on animal-transplanted tumors; 15 are ineffective in vitro and have no effect in vivo (Table 1). The results show that the method can be used as one of the anti-cancer drug screening methods.
