上海市科技结合生产重点工业会战科技攻关项目(编号3-001)《成组技术应用》专家鉴定会于1991年12月20日在上海第二机床厂举行。鉴定委员会听取了项目课题的研制报告,审查了全部技术资料和计算机软件运行情况,参观了成组生产单元,并按照鉴定大纲进行了充分讨论和认真评议。现作出鉴定意见如下: 1、由上海第二机床厂提出、经上海重点办公开招标、上海交通大学中标、厂校合作承担
The expert appraisal meeting of Shanghai Science and Technology Combined Production of Key Industrial Warfare Science and Technology Project (No. 3-001) “Group Technology Application” was held on December 20th, 1991 at Shanghai No. 2 Machine Tool Plant. The appraisal committee heard the research report of the project project, reviewed the operation of all technical data and computer software, visited the group production units, and conducted full discussion and careful appraisal according to the appraisal outline. The appraisal opinions are as follows: 1. Proposed by the Shanghai No. 2 Machine Tool Plant, undertaken by the Shanghai Key Office, the bid of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and the cooperation between the factory and the school.
