文章对新世纪高校由于扩招引起的音乐教育质量的下降,以及高等教育在20世纪末已开始了历史性的变革——即从“精英教育”向“大众化教育”转向进行了分析。基于我国高等音乐教育的现状,结合我国高等教育的发展态势和高等音乐教育自身的规律,探索了由于扩招以及传统音乐教育体制本身存在的问题,分析了音乐教育质量下降过程中所暴露出来的矛盾,并提出了思考性的建议。
The article analyzes the decline of the quality of music education caused by enrollment enlargement in the new century and the fact that the higher education started a historic change at the end of the 20th century - that is, from “elite education” to “popularization education”. Based on the current situation of higher music education in our country and the development of higher education and the law of higher music education in our country, this paper explores the problems existing in the enrollment expansion and the traditional music education system itself and analyzes the contradictions exposed during the decline of music education quality , And made thoughtful suggestions.
